When I hung the new shelves, I also added some embellishment storage underneath them.
They're the same Bygel rails I used for the layout wall (seen in this post). They're inexpensive, easy to hang, and sturdy. What's not to love?
Embellishments are grouped by type and hung on large embroidery floss rings found at the craft store.
On my last trip to the Container Store, I spotted these small plastic bags (99 cents/10 bags). They're perfect for containing items that have difficult original packaging that's not condusive to this type of storage.
This is not the neatest way to store your embellishments, as it's a bit visually cluttered. However, I have to be able to see what I have in order to use it. So far, it's been working out great! I have been using some items that were tucked away for quite some time.
How do you store your embellishments? Have you found one way that works for you, or do you have a variety of solutions?
